This online coaching option is for those that would like to develop a general Movement Practice.

You can choose your subjects of study with 10+ different options, time commitment from one hour per day up to fours per day and the program can be edited based on any equipment limitations.

This will give you a diverse practice that can include a wide range of both internal and external practices including: meditation, strength work, improvisation, parkour inspired practices, partner work and more.
