Movement
When we hear the word ‘Movement’, certain subjects or ways of training can pop up in our minds.
At the base layer, a Movement Practice is about practice. In this way, anything can be included in one’s journey. This can start with more physical subjects such as strength training, mobility work, balancing, etc. but there is no one starting or entry point to a Movement Practice, there are an infinite number.
There are no specific goals, basics or foundations in a Movement Practice. It is a formless, shapeless practice with no finish line and no end point. We practice for the sake of practice, to improve ourselves as best as we can.
To be in practice means to be in a state of being. To be in a state of discovery, unfolding. To work on Movement is to work on the totality of ourselves.
